| PAYMENT TERMS : | 50% Advance along with Purchase Order & balance at a time exspection at our ware house. | |
| PAYMENT MODE : | Through Account Payee Demand Draft/ Cheque payable at Faridabad favoring “UNIQUE KITCHEN EQUIPMENTS PVT. LTD. ” Order shall be processed only after realization of advance payment. | |
| INSTALLATION CHARGES: | Will be charged extra 2% of the net invoice value. | |
| INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS : | Exact utility requirements (eg. Electrical, gas, steam connections & load) at site shall be advised after receipt of confirmed purchase order. Customer must ensure the provision of all utilities exactly as per the Information provided before the visit of Unique Kitchen Equipments Service Engineer/Technician at site. If the installation couldn’t be Completed due to lack of any site requirement, the visit shall be considered as valid & any additional visit shall be done on chargeable basis. | |
| DELIVERY SCHEDULE : | Delivery time mention against each item is valid from the date of receipt of confirmed order and realization of advance payment. | |
